City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
The City Council will be holding a special meeting on Mon, November 4th starting at 5:30pm with property owners to discussed the proposed jurisdictional transfer of Business Highway 2. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers on the second floor.
