City of Crookston issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.
In accordance with the required Minnesota State Statutes, Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Crookston will meet in the Conference Room at City Hall at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2019 to consider a plat determination on a tract of land:
Bob Herkenhoff is the Chief Manager of Nature View Development, L.L.C. and provides a description of the property requested to be platted as follows:
Natures View Estates Plat 5; NW 1⁄4 OF Section 29, Township 150N, Range 46W, Polk County, MN.
The complete description by metes and bounds is provided on the plat drawing Natures View Estates Plat 5, and will be on display for public review and comment.
