City of Crookston issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
In accordance with the required Minnesota State Statutes, Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Crookston will meet in the Conference Room at City Hall at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2019 to consider Land Use Determination, which, if issued, will allow:
Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) acquired the property with the intent of developing the land; CHEDA subsequently will sell the property to Total Lawncare as a business. The legal description of the property is as follows per Document No. A000709999:
SW 1⁄4 OF SECTION 36-150-47, POLK COUNTY, MN, OUTLOTS A THRU AA. LOT C OF AUDITOR’S REPLAT OF INDUSTRIAL ADDITION TO CROOKSTON, POLK COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

Address: VACANT LOT BORDERED BY BRUCE STREET ON WEST EDGE OF PROPERTY; LOT IS NORTH OF B&E MEATS AND EAST OF EICKHOFF COLUMBARIA
Interested persons may present written or oral comments regarding the Determination of Land usage at the aforesaid time and place.
