City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
The Presidential Primary will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd. Absentee balloting is available at the Administration Office in City Hall until Monday, March 2nd.
There are two ballots representing the two different parties for this election and voters will have to indicate which ballot they would like.
