City of Warren issued the following announcement on March 17
The city facility is closed to the public. Garbage pickup will remain on schedule. The office staff is all working remotely and we are currently setting up the phone systems so we can answer calls and assist residents during this time. In the mean time you may call or text the City Administrator at 218-201-0008 for any assistance. If you detect a gas smell please call the Sheriff's Department to have on-call staff respond. This time we are currently in is uncharted waters. Safety for residents and staff is the main concern and the duration of this lock down is unknown at this time. An individual in close proximity to a city employee is being tested for the corona virus and as staff we need to take measures to isolate any potential spread. Please remember social distancing at this time and check on your elderly neighbor.
