City of Stephen issued the following announcement on April 17.
Do you know the symptoms of COVID-19? Key symptoms of COVID-19 that you’ve probably heard are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. There are also other possible symptoms, including muscle aches, headache, sore throat, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell. If you or someone you know is experiencing these or other symptoms, stay home and alert your health provider of your symptoms if you need to seek treatment.
