City of Twin Valley issued the following announcement on April 17.
Norman-Mahnomen Public Health was notified by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) of a person from Norman County that tested positive for COVID-19.
The individual is in their 20's without a history of travel. The individual is isolated at home and being monitored by MDH.
