The City of Roseau is adding a new housing subdivision, with plans to develop land on the south end of the city near Oak Crest Golf Course, with 32 lots of at least a half acre each.
The city has already purchased 26 acres of land for the new development along Oak Crest Boulevard, according to a release posted on the city’s website.
Initial plans are to begin with a 10-lot phase to the west of the Oak Crest South subdivision, according to the release. Additional phases will begin as lots in the preceding phase are sold.
The second phase is expected to include 11 lots proceeding east into the Oak Crest Golf Course, and the final phase would include the remaining 11 lots, all of which would be within the bounds of the golf course.
Those interested in lots in the new development can contact Community Development Coordinator Todd Peterson at 218-463-5003.
