City of Stephen issued the following announcement on Aug. 15.
Materials are to be delivered during the hours stated for each drop-off site. If you cannot come to the drop-off site on these days, we will take the materials listed above at the Marshall County Demolition Landfill every Wednesday from 8pm - 4:30pm through October
