City of Twin Valley issued the following announcement on Oct. 27.
During the flushing you may experience a drop in water pressure and/or possible discolored water. The discoloration does not indicate a problem and is only the result of disturbing iron minerals in the pipes during the flushing process. If you experience any discolored water, please run your tap for a few minutes until clear and try to avoid washing any laundry.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but flushing is an important part of our system maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns please contact City Hall, 218.584.5254.
