City of Stephen issued the following announcement on Dec. 29.
Like many rural communities in Minnesota, Stephen is experiencing a Child Care crisis!
The City has developed a Daycare Steering Committee to help facilitate questions and concerns related to child care needs. One of our goals is to bring awareness to these needs in our community. Please feel free to reach out to the City Office if you are at all interested in starting a daycare or have questions related to child care.
