The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate David Russell Hughes, Hughes for Congress, refunded $940 to Tami Boyer on August 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Hughes for Congress refunded $940 total since March 1.
