Life Connected East Grand Forks, MN issued the following announcement on March 3.
First Children’s Finance has chosen East Grand Forks to participate in their Rural Child Care Innovation Program. Input is being requested from centers, family child care providers, employers, and parents.
The Rural Child Care Innovation Program is a community engagement process designed to develop right-sized solutions to address the needs of childcare and early education for the communities selected to participate.
Availability of high-quality childcare is crucial for East Grand Forks to grow and thrive. East Grand Forks needs approximately 200 childcare slots, especially infant and toddler, to meet our current needs.
Your participation in this survey will help guide the conversation and the combined responses will provide insights into the childcare challenges in East Grand Forks. Surveys are available March 1st – April 8th. Please click the applicable link below to access the surveys.
