City Of Rockford issued the following announcement on Mar. 17.
STREET SWEEPING: We'll begin sweeping main roads on March 21. On March 24, during the overnight hours, the Central Business District will also be swept. It takes approximately 2 weeks for our contractors to sweep main roads.
Then, they will transition into residential streets around the second week of April.
