Entertainer and keynote speaker Renee Rongen takes the stage to share her passionate personal story of struggle and triumph. Five years ago, her life abruptly took a 180. As a humorist speaker, storyteller, and author on stages across the country with big names and big venues it appeared “she’d made it'” What her audiences, friends and family didn’t know was how incredibly dark her world had become.
Flawed and vulnerable, a little scared and definitely still funny, Renee will have you laughing and asking your friend for a tissue. Accompanying Renee on stage is Entertainer of the Year, Tim Eggebraaten, who shares his own powerful story and music that is sure to touch hearts and get you on your feet. Together this duo are using their voices and life experiences to bring light to the traditionally unspoken subject of mental illness and suicide.
