City Of Hallock recently issued the following announcement.
We're happy to announce this year's cleanup week details. Please take advantage of these days to help beautify our city and utilize the service to dispose of unwanted junk.
Drop-Off; Residents may drop-off unwanted items in the dumpsters that will be located at the Hallock City Shop on Tuesday, May 17 and Thursday, May 19 from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Batteries, appliances, paint, chemicals and yard clippings/branches WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Dumpsters will be monitored to ensure unauthorized items are not dumped. There is no cost to residents for this service and is only open to residents in the City of Hallock.
Appliance Pickup; City crews will be picking up appliances ONLY on residential curbs on the resident's scheduled garbage pickup day. (Ex; if your garbage pickup day is Thursday, your appliance pickup day is also Thursday). The cost for appliance pickup is $5 per appliance. We will bill you for your pickup.
Please do not leave other unwanted items on your curb. They will not be picked up.
