Borrow a Minnesota State Park Pass at Your Library!

Summer is winding down, but there's still time to get out and have some fun. Stop by the library to pick up a State Park Pass then head out and explore some of our state's hidden gems.

The Minnesota State Parks Library Program offers community members the opportunity to visit any state park or recreation area in Minnesota without paying an entrance fee. The pass provides access to parks around the state for seven days. Passes may be reserved up to seven days in advance by calling the library.

Passes are available in the following locations: Bagley Public Library, Mahnomen Public Library, Ada Public Library, Crookston Public Library, Moorhead Public Library and Detroit Lakes Public Library.

More information about Lake Agassiz Regional Library’s participation in the State Parks Library Program can be found at larl.org/parkpasses. A list of state parks and recreation areas can be found at dnr.state.mn.us.
