City Of Crookston recently issued the following announcement.
The staff at the City of Crookston is currently working to prepare the budget for the year 2023. If your organization is requesting funds from the City for 2023, please provide the following information:
1. Financial Statement for the year ending 12/31/2021
2. Budget and YTD financials for 2022
3. Proposed Budget for 2023
4. Amount of Contribution Requested from the City for 2023
5. A current W9 for 2022
Please send this information to the City as soon as possible, but no later than August 31, 2022. This will give us the time we need to review your request prior to adopting our preliminary budget for 2023.
