City Of Roseau issued the following announcement on Aug. 13.
Almost 300 ducks hit the water in the 2nd annual Roseau River Duck Race. The winning racer belonged to Sarah Jack! She and her family were present at the race to accept the prize money. We will have drone footage tomorrow.
5000 water balloons and three fire trucks of water cooled the Summer Fun crowd down! What a great day to be in Roseau.
