City Of East Grand Forks recently issued the following announcement.
One Block of River Road is Closed to Thru Traffic between 20th St NW & 21st St NW
A block of River Road between 20th St NW and 21st St NW will be closed to thru traffic for approximately 2 weeks, starting today, August 23rd, for a watermain project.
Home owners will have access to their homes while this project is being worked on. All thru traffic will be detoured until the project is completed.
