Citizens State Bank Roseau is good at giving back to the community it serves. They were recently honored by the Northwest Minnesota Foundation at their annual banquet as a Giving Circle Awards - Circle of Vision recipient. They are proud to support our local area initiatives including the Roseau Area Community Fund, LifeCare Medical Center Philanthropic Funds, Local scholarships, and many others charities.
