County Of Marshall issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
Are heavy bags of softener salt weighing you down? It may be time to replace your old, inefficient softener! The City of Marshall is offering up to $700 in rebates for residents and up to $4,000 for businesses to replace softeners 15 years or older.
