City Of Ada issued the following announcement on Nov. 22. 

Ada Chamber of Commerce News- Old Fashion Christmas

Don’t miss the annual Old Fashioned Family Christmas Festival scheduled for Tuesday, November 29 through Sunday, December 4th!   Saturday, December 3rd will be a big celebration with Santa, Old Time Snowmobile Show, Craft & Vendor show, Festival of Trees at Prairie Village and a lot more! 

This year’s Santa events are schedule for Saturday, December 3rd.  Santa will be at the Ada Event Center’s meeting room from 10 am until 12:00 pm There will also be cookie decorating.  Santa will make an second appearance at Mike and Angie Nelson’s  home and their Christmas Wonderland Display from 5 – 6:45 pm   There will be special gifts for children.  The Ada Fire Department and Ada Future Leaders will be there collecting donations for the food shelf and new toys and cash donations for the Christmas Gifts for Youth project.  Parking is available in the Zion Lutheran Parking Lot.  Please see the attached poster for more information.

 A huge Craft & Vendor Show will be held at the Ada-Borup-West School on Saturday, December 3rd from 9 am – 2:30 pm.  Space is still available and can be reserved with Angie Nelson at angiecokley@gmail.com.

 The Ada Vintage Snowmobile Club will hold their 23rd Annual Vintage Snowmobile Show at the Main Street Bar from 10 am until 1:00 pm.  For more information you can follow the event on Facebook at Norman County Vintage Snowmobile Club.

There are a lot of other great event to include open houses, Christmas Party on the Prairie, children’s shopping, play at the school, fundraiser meal, Soup and Pie Day, Festival of Trees and so much more!  Please see the attached poster for complete information on all of these great event
