How It Works:
Use this form to make a tax-deductible gift of $35 or more.
Under “Gift Designation” select “Give in honor of someone” and type their name and email or mailing address in the “Write a Tribute Message” box.
We will place the bookplate in a new Lake Agassiz Regional Library book.
If an email or mailing address is provided we’ll send a message to the honoree acknowledging the gift.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific titles and are unable to track placement of the bookplates.
