Grygla Secondary School issued the following announcement on Jan. 11.
Only needing 3 points in the snofest girls basketball game, Caitlyn Jacobson sets a new school record with most career points between both Goodridge and Grygla.
The previous record holder between both schools was held by Goodridge Superintendent/Athletic Director, a Grygla native, Tomas Loberg with 1,474. Loberg has held this record for 17 years.
Tra Alderete was the previous record holder for the Goodridge school with 1,409 points which was set in 2014.
