City Of Roseau issued the following announcement on Jan. 25.
Business Spotlight- The Big Foot Studio
What is the Big Foot Studio? It's a dance and fitness studio located next to Wild 102 radio. They offer Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, and Dance Lessons. Irene Bouton is the studio's owner and instructor for Zumba. Her energy and pumping music can get everyone to shimmy and shake. Irene guides the class in a group dance, but there is plenty of time to bust out your groove.
Dance classes are led by Olivia Brown-Flinders, who has been instructing dance in other communities for years. She and her husband danced competitively and now is bringing her talent to Roseau. She offers ballroom, salsa, swing, and line dancing. Come with a partner or alone- all are welcome.
Cardio kickboxing is available for those who like to throw a few swings and punches into their workout. This class is taught by Erica Bergstrom.
However you want to get moving, you have a class and a crew ready to join you. Drop-ins welcome. January schedule is posted in the photos, and pilates classes will soon be available.
