City Of Crookston issued the following announcement on Mar. 14.
City crews will do DOWNTOWN snow removal:
Downtown snow removal on East/West streets will take place beginning at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday night/Thursday morning and on North/South streets beginning at 12:01 a.m. Thursday night/Friday morning barring unforeseen heavy snowfall or other emergency.
Vehicles on these streets will be towed if not moved.
