Business Spotlight - Nor-West Builders of RoseauSteve Bouton brings over 35 years of construction/development experience to the business. His primary focus is construction management, including the bidding process, subcontractor management, material selection, and quality control. He has experience in residential and commercial construction.
He earned his degree in construction from Northwood Technical College (formerly known as WITC) in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, where he served briefly as a construction instructor.
Nor-West Builders is our only Roseau construction company who is a Roseau Civic and Commerce Member. Steve is active in the community of Roseau and donated his time and services for many community events such as Nights of Lights, Roseau Youth Hockey, and the seasonal events sponsored by the C and C, such as Fall Fest. He and his wife Irene can be seen cheering at local sporting events and volunteering in the community. Irene is the owner of Evergreen Lumber and Bigfoot Studio. They understand what owning a business in a small town means. The couple is supportive and gives back to the community they serve.
