City of Fisher issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.
Chief Dean Smith is retiring after 25 years with the Fisher Police Department. Please join us for cake at the American Legion from 5:00-7:00 pm. Also the Chamber will be having a Chili Cook-off contest as well!
