City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on March 17
Those that had scheduled written and driving testing need to contact the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) office in Bemidji at (218) 308-2940. These are conducted at the Parks Shop but it is the DMV that will determine if the testing will be held.
