City of Crookston issued the following announcement on June 12.
In accordance with the required Minnesota State Statutes, Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Crookston will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 pm Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 to consider the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit which, if issued, will allow:
A new Accessory building to be built on the lot at 811 Groveland Avenue containing a garage and a dwelling unit within this same structure, which will be a secondary residence in addition to the primary residence at the address listed. The legal description of the property is as follows:

Groveland Addition
Subdivision Code 82010

Parcel Number: 82.00922.00
Interested persons may present written or oral comments regarding the requested Conditional Use Permit at the aforesaid time and place.
