City of Crookston issued the following announcement on June 25.
The following vehicles have been IMPOUNDED according to the PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 94.01.E.3 of the code of the City of Crookston.
The vehicles are impounded at the Crookston City Shop Lot, 319 3rd Avenue S., Crookston, MN 56716.
If you are the owner or the lien holder of the vehicle, you have fifteen (15) days in which to claim your vehicle and its contents. To do so, contact the Crookston Fire Department. Failure to exercise your rights to reclaim your vehicle and it’s contents shall be deemed a waiver of all your rights, title and interest in the vehicle and the contents, and a consent to the sale of the vehicle and it’s contents, at a public sale to be held at CROOKSTON CITY HALL, 124 NORTH BROADWAY, on July 7, 2020. Sale will be by sealed bid. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the CITY CLERK’S OFFICE, 124 NORTH BROADWAY, CROOKSTON, MN 56716 ON OR BEFORE July 7, 2020 by no later than 3:30 PM.
Redeemed or purchased vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of notification of the award.
