City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.
City Hall and other city offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday. Residential refuse and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day starting on Monday, September 7th. Please call Public Works with questions at 773-1313
