City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Due to a sewer maintenance project, 12th Street NW from River Road NW to 8th Avenue NW will be temporarily closed beginning at 7am on Monday, November 9th .
It will remain closed until the project is complete, which is anticipated to be completed by the evening of Friday, November 13th.
