City of Roseau issued the following announcement on February 28.
The State of Minnesota DVS Driver's Testing Services have resumed at the Roseau City Center on Fridays for both written and driving tests. DVS also offers driver's knowledge testing online so persons needing to take a knowledge test do not need to travel to do so. For more information on the new online testing services visit the Minnesota DVS website.
Persons needing an on-the-road test must make an appointment at one of the State testing centers. Currently, appointments at the Roseau Site are only opened two-weeks in advance due to limited staffing. Please check the Minnesota DVS site no more than two weeks in advance of the date you would like to make an appointment.
