City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
This is a reminder to residents that snow and ice needs to be removed from public sidewalks and curb ramps by the owner or tenant of the property within 12 hours after the snow or ice event has stopped. Failure to do so can constitute a public nuisance.
