City of East Grand Forks issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
City Hall along with other city offices will be closed on November 28th and 29th in observance of Thanksgiving. Residential refuse and recycling pickup will be delayed one day starting Thursday. Call Public Works with questions at (218) 773-1313.
