City of Brooks issued the following announcement on June 5
The City of Brooks is excited to announce that we will be running our Summer Camps this year. Camps will be starting the week of June 15th and running until the end of August for a total of 11 weeks. Registration opens at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 9th and can be done either online at rec.brooks.ca or by calling the front desk of the JBS Canada Centre at 403-362-3622. The cost for camp is $125.00 per week and $100.00 for weeks with a statutory holiday (Canada Day and August Long Weekend). Payment will be by credit card only. If this is not an option for you, you can contact the Recreation Department at 403-362-3622 to set up alternate payment arrangements.
Please ensure you read over the Summer Camp COVID-19 Protocols before registering and or bringing your kid to camp. It is very important to follow these rules to ensure the safety of everyone. A full list of our COVID Protocols can be accessed by clicking here.
Group sizes, staff-to-child ratios, and cohorts will be determined based on the current Public Health Requirements and are expected to change as restrictions are lifted. Cohorts will be designated to their own space and will not cross over with other spaces in the facility.
