CITY OF ROSEAU: Each year, Border Bank selects three employees from their branches to receive the prestigious Cultivate Awards, representing the areas of service, community and innovation

City Of Roseau issued the following announcement on Feb. 17. 

Each year, Border Bank selects three employees from their branches to receive the prestigious Cultivate Awards, representing the areas of service, community and innovation. This year Christine Sibilleau, Retail Manager from Roseau, MN is a winner. 

“Border Bank’s Cultivate Awards program is a way to recognize team members who provide exceptional experiences for their customers, co-workers and communities. It is our team members who bring our culture of service, community and innovation to life each day and we are thrilled to honor those who make Border Bank a great place to work and do business with these coveted awards,” said Steph Melgaard, Retail Banking Director.

Winners were nominated by their peers. “It is touching to hear how our team members speak about our recipients and how much they appreciate their contributions to the communities Border Bank serves, our customers and the Border Bank family. These three outstanding individuals deserve our accolades,” said David Felch, CEO.

"Christine serves on the Roseau Gazebo Board, Women of Today,  and volunteer's her time, energy and creativity to make great things happen in the community.  If there was a Medal of Honor given to Volunteers in Roseau, Christine would have earned hers long ago says Sinnamon Krings- Roseau Promotions Director. "
